Extrusion Tooling

Productool offers production and maintenance for all your tooling projects. In addition to we can also provide repair and modification services to your existing tooling. We have pioneered tooling for an extensive range of applications, industries and materials. Materials include - PVC, ABS, PE, PP, PU, PC, PS, PMMA, TPR, EVA, PC/ABS blends and many others.

 

Design

Your project can be designed by our experienced CAD CAM designers who can then produce prototypes in soft materials to prove or to show functionality. With over 30 years in the tooling and extrusion industry with a wealth of valuable experience, we take pride in knowing how to take on any job simple to the most complicated.

 

Manufacture

Your tool will be developed by our experienced engineers in our well-equipped tool room.  Here it will be developed accurately as per your design which will undergo further testing in our extrusion factory. We use a vast array of machinery to make sure your dies are ready to use when they are shipped out to you.

What is Plastic Extrusion Tooling?

Plastic Extrusion Tooling is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. Raw plastic is then melted and pushed through a die of the desired cross-section to create a continuous profile. 

What is the turn around time?

Approximate turn around time is 2 weeks.  This is approximate and will depend on the complexity of your project or design.

Can you design the tooling profile?

Yes, we have the latest CAD CAM software which are designers use to design your tooling as you require.

Our adjacent factory can extrude your design.  We can handle all aspects of your project from start to finish.
